Buying a car from Sevierville Auto Brokers was a wonderful experience. Several people had recommended that I go there when I was looking for a car, and one day I was driving by so I just stopped in with no expectations of actually buying a car that day. One of the guys (Vincent) came out as soon as I got there and I told him exactly what I was looking for. Within minutes he took me to a car I fell in love with. I test drove it, and then called my husband to come down and test drive it too. Vincent answered every question I had and even offered information I hadn't thought to ask about. You could tell he made it his business to know everything he could about the car, and they keep the Carfax for every car in the car, so no surprises. He stayed an hour past close to give my husband and I time to talk it over. Then he even drove the car home for us so we wouldn't have to come ick it up the next day! It was a wonderful experience and I will never buy from anyone else!

A new vehicle search for my father took us 600 miles away from home to Sevierville Auto Brokers.  To get the vehicle we were after, we knew we had to look nationally.  Luckily Sevierville Auto Brokers had listed our future GMC Terrain on the internet and it was only a phone call away.  They were very understanding that we would be traveling from out of state and were willing to put a hold on the car.  When we arrived a few days later, the car was exactly as described over the phone.   We went for a test drive and we were driving away in a new car less than an hour later.  There was no pressure at any point, very friendly service, and it was a great overall experience purchasing this vehicle.  I would definitely recommend Sevierville Auto Brokers to anyone considering buying a vehicle from here.  And of course, we spent the holiday weekend at nearby Dollywood!  Thanks to everyone at Sevierville Auto Brokers.

Love Vince, and them. They are very reasonable with their prices, and always helpful. I was driving a car that was truly terrible and worth nothing basically. They traded that car as part of my down payment to get a good, very reliable car with one previous owner. It was a 2005 Nissan Sentra SE. The only thing I could find wrong with the car, was one visor was broken, the air worked at the feet, but not the dash, and the trim on the windows was fading. However, I was pleasantly surprised to hear (with them knowing beforehand that I planned on getting the car, even with the fading trim) that they already had plans to change it. I could go ahead and drive the car, just would have to bring it back so they could do so, and at that time they'd also fix the air. Everything thus far works perfectly and runs smoothly. They had changed both visors to match that day, and also offered a way for me to keep the new tires off my old car, so I could use them for the Nissan. They work with you, and are just all around a great team of fellas. I couldn't be happier. I told them I needed a gas efficient, kid friendly, long lasting vehicle and that's just what they gave me at a price I could afford.

This father and son organization is not what I had expected.   There was no salesman/manager hard sell, no phony pleasantries, no talking down to (which is common to us seniors.  We called first and upon arrival met with Vince (son).  He treated us pleasantly, professionally,  knowedgely and with (predumed) honesty.  We made a purchase and Vince was very accommodating.  If we decide on another used car we will definitely give this company our first shot with the adorable son.

These folks are great to work with.  I have purchased 3 cars now from Sevierville Auto Brokers and all 3 are still running strong.  They work with your credit, they work with you if you do need repairs and if you need help.  My daughter bought a VW bug from a friend.  It caught on fire at 5:15.  I called SAB at 5:30 and they stayed open and worked to get my daughter in another car.  Great experiences! I can't say enough about them.
